SPF entrusted us with the design and marketing of the inaugural National Anti-Scam Roadshow at Toa Payoh HDB Hub, an opportunity we deeply valued, pushing the ACT framework deeper into the heartlands and shifting audiences from passive awareness to proactive defence.

The roadshow was created as a space for Singaporeans to learn, play and strengthen our scam resilience through zones modelled after familiar communal settings such as a playground, hawker centre, train station and bus stop, reinforcing that scams can strike anyone, anywhere. Together with interactive learning panels, advisory zones, on-the-spot guidance from officers and an experiential video room that revealed first-hand how scammers operate, the activation turned education into a lived experience.

The response was overwhelming, drawing over 15,000 visitors across two days and exceeding preset KPIs, strengthening the nationwide push to stay alert, verify information and take action against scams.
