Let’s Move the World
The brief: To publicise the 50th anniversary of shipping containerisation in Singapore, and impress upon youths the importance of maritime to Singapore’s economy and in our daily lives. Our concept: We designed an iconic 50th anniversary logo (with an accompanying campaign tagline) as a prominent identifier that can be applied seamlessly across all collaterals and media touchpoints. To appeal to youths, we used a trendy and stylised collage graphic design style to ensure our work stands out, especially in a crowded social media space. Our roving events at various Institutions of Higher Learning (IHLs) in Singapore were a success, attracting over 8,000 students who gained a better appreciation of maritime’s significance to Singapore, and who would consider a future career in the industry.
