To help MFA attract tertiary students and jobseekers to join the Foreign Service, we used a classy and dignified design language to reflect its legacy and achievements as an institution. Our designs used different colours to differentiate roles and career pathways—red for Foreign Service Officers and blue for Foreign Service Administration Specialists. In addition to publicity posters and recruitment brochures, our design was seamlessly applied to various collaterals, including pull-up banners and electronic direct mailers (eDMs).
