The AIC Youth Hope Intergenerational Toolkit fosters meaningful connections between youth and seniors, including those with dementia. Part of the Youth Hope Programme, it encourages youth to engage at different levels: Friends (raising awareness), Champions (volunteering), and Leaders (developing community projects). The toolkit offers training modules, experiential learning, volunteer activities, and sustainability planning. Since 2017, over 7,600 youths have participated, promoting empathy and reducing social isolation. It provides step-by-step guidance for schools, youth organisations, and communities.
